02 / From the first brief
Development support
Share a sketch, reference or technical pack, together with your target price, launch window and proposed size breakdown. We review the design and production requirements before agreeing the development scope. For small runs, decisions about fabric and construction need to support both the garment and the order size.

03 / Shape & balance
Pattern & fit
A smaller order still needs a resolved fit. Pattern development translates your silhouette into measurements and construction details; sample review checks proportions, movement and finish. Agree fit corrections and the size specification before committing to production.
04 / Material decisions
Fabric sourcing
Material availability can shape a small-batch project. We review suitable fabrics, colour options and trims against your brief, and discuss minimums and sourcing constraints before sampling. A garment quantity does not automatically mean every custom fabric or trim is available at the same minimum.
05 / Make it tangible
Sampling
Fast sampling starts with a clear brief and workable material choices. Review the first sample for fit, construction and finish, then agree the required corrections. Sampling timing depends on the design, material readiness and feedback; we confirm your project schedule before work starts.
USD 100 per style covers development from sketch/reference to first sample and is credited against your bulk order. We clarify revision scope, material costs and shipping before starting.
06 / Flexible production
MOQ
Approx. 100 pieces
Per style, per colour · Mixed sizes
Build your size mix within approximately 100 pieces of the same style and colour. Each additional colour is considered separately.
Smaller quantities are reviewed case by case, based on the style, fabric, construction and cost. Share your target quantity for an individual assessment.

Production & QC
Production follows the approved sample, size breakdown and agreed specifications. QC checks focus on measurements, workmanship, trims and finishing. For a repeat order, we reconfirm fabric availability, colours, quantities and any changes to the approved style before scheduling.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix sizes in a small-batch order?
Yes. The MOQ is approximately 100 pieces per style, per colour, with mixed sizes. We agree the size breakdown before production; different colours are counted separately.
Can I order fewer than 100 pieces?
Smaller quantities are reviewed case by case. Share the style, quantity and fabric requirements so we can assess feasibility and quote the project. A lower quantity is not a standard guaranteed minimum.
Can you support repeat orders?
Yes. Repeat-order support starts with the approved style and specifications. We reconfirm material availability, the size mix and production capacity for each new order.
What does development cost?
Development is USD 100 per style, from sketch/reference to first sample, credited against your bulk order. We clarify revision scope, material costs and shipping before starting.
How quickly can I get a sample?
We support fast sampling and confirm the timeline after reviewing the design and material readiness. Fit corrections and feedback also affect the final approval date.
