The process follows concept → fabric → pattern → sample → production → QC. Start with a collection brief, sketches or references and your target quantities. We review each style and agree what needs to be resolved at each stage, from material choice to sample approval.

03 / Shape & balance
Pattern & fit
A consistent collection needs clear fit decisions. Pattern development translates your design into proportions and measurements, while fitting feedback identifies corrections before production. Share your size chart or target measurements so the intended fit can be discussed across the range.
04 / Material decisions
Fabric sourcing
Choose fabrics in relation to the whole collection as well as each individual garment. We review hand feel, weight, colour, availability and trims against your brief. Discuss labels, branding and packaging requirements during development so the applicable details can be included in the agreed specifications.
05 / Make it tangible
Sampling
The first sample is a working point for review, not a substitute for final approval. Check the fabric, silhouette, construction and proposed brand details, then agree corrections. We support fast sampling and confirm timing around material readiness and the feedback needed for each style.
USD 100 per style covers development from sketch/reference to first sample and is credited against your bulk order. We clarify revision scope, material costs and shipping before starting.

Build your size mix within approximately 100 pieces of the same style and colour. Each additional colour is considered separately.
Smaller quantities are reviewed case by case, based on the style, fabric, construction and cost. Share your target quantity for an individual assessment.

Production & QC
Once the sample, materials, size mix and specifications are approved, the project moves to production. QC checks the garments against those agreed standards, including measurements, workmanship and finishing. Label and packaging details should be confirmed as part of the order specifications.

What quantity should I plan for each style?
