How we work together

How We Develop Your Style

Six considered steps, from your first brief to an approved style ready for production. We agree the development scope with you before work begins.

  1. 01

    Send sketch/reference

Share your tech pack, sketches or references. We review your silhouette, construction, target price, quantities and launch plans.

  2. 02

    Fabric sourcing

Explore materials that suit your design, finish and budget. Confirm availability and colour options before sampling.

  3. 03

    Pattern making

Translate your design into a pattern, working through measurements, proportions and construction details.

  4. 04

    First sample

Bring the pattern and selected materials together in a sample so you can assess the shape, workmanship and finish.

  5. 05

    Fit & construction correction

Review the sample and agree any refinements. Confirm the final fit, materials and specifications before production.

  6. 06

    Production & QC

Move approved styles into small-batch production, with an MOQ of approximately 100 pieces per style, per colour. Carry out quality control (QC) checks against the approved sample and specifications.

Before we start

Can I start without a technical pack?

Yes. Share your collection plan, sketches or reference images. We can discuss what is needed to develop your own designs into samples.

Can I mix sizes and colours?

Sizes can be mixed within approximately 100 pieces of the same style and colour. Each additional colour has its own minimum quantity.

Can I test a smaller quantity and reorder later?

Tell us your target quantity and style. Runs below 100 pieces are assessed individually based on fabric, construction and cost, rather than offered as a standard minimum. Repeat orders are planned around your sales, material availability and production capacity.

What does the development fee cover?

USD 100 per style covers development from sketch/reference to first sample and is credited against your bulk order. We will clarify the revision scope, material costs and shipping with you before starting.

What should I send first?

A sketch, mood board or tech pack is a useful start. If available, include your target quantity, price and launch date. You do not need every detail ready to contact us.
