Aura Sourcing Pte Ltd (“Aura”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a Singapore-based womenswear development and sourcing business. This policy applies when you visit aurasourcing.sg, contact us by email or WhatsApp, submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, or otherwise make a business enquiry with us.
2. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, work email address, telephone number and LinkedIn profile information.
- Your employer, job title, business location and other professional details.
- Project information you provide, such as product category, technical requirements, target quantity, timeline, reference images or tech packs.
- Our correspondence and records of enquiries, proposals and business discussions.
- Basic technical or usage information generated when you visit our website, such as device, browser, referring page and interaction data, where available through our hosting or analytics providers.
Please do not send sensitive personal data through our enquiry channels.

4. How we receive information from LinkedIn
If you submit one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn may provide us with the information shown on that form, such as your name, company, job title and work email address. We use it to respond to the enquiry and discuss services relevant to the request you submitted. LinkedIn separately processes information under its own privacy policy and platform terms.
5. When we may share personal data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers that support website hosting, email, cloud storage, communications, analytics, advertising or business administration.
- Development, sourcing and production partners where needed to review or deliver a project and where sharing is appropriate for that purpose.
- Professional advisers, insurers, authorities or other parties where required to protect our rights or comply with law.
- A successor or participant in a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Parties acting for us are expected to use personal data only for the relevant service or purpose and to protect it appropriately.

Aura works across Singapore and an international supply chain. Personal data may therefore be processed outside Singapore. Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Act.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage our business relationship, or to meet legal, accounting or compliance requirements. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or disposal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent for a particular use, or ask us to stop sending marketing communications. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may affect our ability to provide a requested service.

10. Cookies, analytics and third-party links
With your permission, we load Google Ads measurement to understand visits and clicks on our WhatsApp and email links. A click does not confirm that a message was sent. We do not send your enquiry text, product selections or contact details as conversion data. Declining keeps this measurement disabled until you choose otherwise. Use Cookie settings to change your preference. We store your choice on your device and do not enable personalised advertising through this implementation.
Our website may use essential technologies and limited analytics to operate the site, understand visits and improve performance. Links to services such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp or email take you to third parties whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal obligations. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the latest version took effect.
